Today my little middle baby turns 4!!! Happy Birthday to Paige! She decided she wanted a McDonalds Birthday party so that was pretty easy on us as far as set up and clean up.

I told them to strike a pose and this is what they came up with!

Very happy to be at McDonalds!

Very thirsty after the PlayPlace!

Very loved by all her friends that showed up.
Ethan and Noah chowin' down.

Em with a mouth full.

More birthday smiles.

The whole gang.

Everyone was so quiet while they were eating. They must have worked up an appetite playing on the playplace.

Birthday smile.

Cutie.

More food.

Me, helping Nina with her ketchup.
Paige with her ice cream.

Check out Paige's Dr. Evil eyebrow! I dont' know who she was giving the evil eye to.

Paige trying to blow out the candles. That is me behind her. I know it's hard to tell since I don't have a head.

Paige had a nice turnout at her party.

Dick was trying to feed me his cheeseburger. He really wanted to share it with me!!
Soph, Dara and Em playing around.

Paige enjoying her sundae. Sorry it's sideways!

Noah taking a gigantic bite!!!

Will's just checking everything out. Chill Will.

Paige, surrounded by all her girlfriends, getting ready to open presents.
Presents! Paige is holding a make-up brush set from the Schraders.

Paige poses with the Play Doh Table from Mom and Dad.

Dara got a kick out of this cellophane paper from one of the gifts.

Em kept Dara entertained while she was there.

One of Paige's fav gifts, a Mermaid Barbie.
For Christmas I bought Katie the Carmen Electra Strip Aerobics DVD (disc 4 is Lap Dancing). She came over and practiced the other day. Paige caught on quickly...I dont' know if that is a good thing or a bad thing...

Up next? URANUS!

Maybe I'll get a better on later once it's dark out. I rushed this since it was in the middle of my electrical work afternoon. Our new porch now has a light out there with a wall switch on the inside of the french doors, so Mo won't stub her toe when she goes to let her dogs out.

Okay, here is a pic after it got dark out...

Dork Fest!

Today I got my t-mount and t-adapter that allow me to hook the camera to the spotting scope. Unfortunatley there is total cloud cover over the moon right now, so my only target from the back yard was the safety lighting on top of the water tower a few streets over. Moon pics will come later if the clouds break up, and if I get a chance this weekend I'll try to find a more interesting subject...

For comparison, here is a pic w/ a 50mm lens, which approximates what you'de see with just your eyes...

Mike tested out the Moon Bounce! Not much bouncin' going on! Bridget, to answer your questions...the bounce is made by Little Tykes and is attached to a motor that you plug in. It's kind of loud but not too bad. Once you plug it in it takes all of 2 minutes to totally inflate. It takes about 5 minutes to deflate. It comes with a nice carrying sack and only takes a few minutes to fold up and stuff in there. Also, by Mikes feet there is a slide!

Today the long awaited guitar arrived. Unfortunatley, only Em's arrived. Paige's, which is pink, was back ordered and will take another week to reach us. Look out Dixie Chix!

Soph wanted to show off one of her fav gifts. An Ariel stroller, it came with a baby and a pack n' play. It was a pretty sweet set!

Santa brought the girls these matching ensembles. So freakin' cute!

Thanks everyone for all the great gifts! Thank you for mailing stuff to the girls and thinking of them on your holiday, no matter how far away you were! We love you all!
A gift from Katie. The girl knows what I like....

Just hangin' out. Eating some nerds rope candy. Wearing my tights. My tight tights.

Paige loves a man in tights. Sophi is not so sure about him...
Here are some pics from the other day when Mike and I baked cookies non-stop all day to get ready for my mom's cookie swap. Mike was a good sport and started decorating with icing while I was still baking! He had quite an assembly line going on.

The girls "helped" me make the dough the night before. They also "helped" clean all the utensils. Aren't they sweet?

Almost done at this point. Just had a few more to ice...

The party was great. We chatted for a while and then swapped cookies. Mine were the most beautiful there. I'll say it. I'm not afraid...
More pics of Christmas Morning! Sophi is sporting the pimp hat to the full effect!

A gift from the Cross family, a pink camo tent with matching sleeping bag, was a huge success. Since setting it up Christmas morning, she has taken two naps in it and slept both nights in it!

Here is a shot of my peeps haning out at Grandma Bobbie's house. We went there for a delicious brunch.

Moon Bounce

The girls got a Moon Bounce with a slide on it for Christmas and since the weather still stinks here we set it up in the house today. It's pretty big so it just fits but it's plenty of space for the girls to enjopy it.
