We pulled a little switch-er-roo this past President's Day by putting the girls beds in the "purple room" and moving most everything else into the "green striped room." Next we bought a new futon to act as couch and bed for our many guests. This way our guests won't have to sleep in the living room and will actually have their own room with a door! So come on down! I don't have any pics of the final room situation but the girls love their new futon and decided to sleep on it as soon as it was in the room! They are laying under Sophi's new comforter that Jen forced me to buy at Target since it was only $10 and Soph has no nice comforter.

The gang, minus Hanzie, hangin' out on V-Day. Can't you feel the love? Boda's leaning away body language says it all.....

A little love bite.

Um, what else to do during a romantic dinner other than Walk Like an Egyptian?

I bought myself some beautiful purple roses for V-Day. I have never seen this color rose before and I had to have them. I even managed to talk the Publix manager down to half price on them since they were wilty!

So Jen had this fabulous idea (does she ever have any other kind?!?!) where we would play restaurant with the kids for V-Day. She made up some menus, based on what we had at the Casa de Eagney then we made our dining room into a most beautiful restaurant. I bought nice new candles and we used our fancy tablecloth. The kids even got to use real plates! Bonus!

The waitress was played by Jen, I could never have done it, I'm far too rude! The kids had a great time and we really got into our waitress, head chef and sous chef roles too!
