D.C. Day

While on vacation, we spent a day sprinting through D.C. to try to hit as many monuments and museums as we could in a few hours. Since Melissa is busy having a Girls Night Out, I guess it's up to me to post these pictures. I'm sure she'll post more for you to see over the next day or two.

The White House. Our first stop on the day.

The girls already look tired!

The Lincoln Memorial

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Except for Melissa cuz she has a big head LOLZ!@ Lincoln OUT!

Here's Emma seeing if the glass is alarmed on the Ruby Slippers display case.

Soph and Monument

The ladies pose with the Washington Monument

The Korean War Memorial is creepy and depressing.

View of the Reflecting Pool from the Lincoln Memorial steps.

The Thinker vs. The Stinkers. The replica of the statue is a bit smaller than we expected... not exactly life size.

The girls all had the chance to do some hands-on stuff at the American History museum.

There were some goofy teenagers on here right before the girls.

But even Sophie did a better job of trying to steer the thing than those goobers!

President June and the Tiny Secret Service. Ask not what your country can do for you, but what your big headed president can do for your country!

I think they've posed on this exact spot 4 years in a row.

The loot pile from Night at the Museum II: Electric Boogaloo.

Some Idol contestants for next season.
