We spent New Year's Day helping Katie move into her very own apartment! She is so excited to be living on her own but I'm sure she's nervous too! She painted a few of the walls to give it some color. Her kitchen has black countertops and she is making everything else PINK in it. Her parents got her a pink toaster and pink microwave. She got pink dishtowels (see below) and pink measuring cups, etc...


First day and Katie managed to burn her new pink dishtowel.


This is her living room. We donated the bookcase and couch. Jen gave her the tables.
