Em had her 4th soccer game of the season tonight and I'm happy to report that her team remains undefeated. Which is totally sweet. Tonight they all really did great but kept missing the goal on the 200 shots they took. Em was finally able to poke one in for the only score of the game, which ended 1-zippy. Nice! Will was all over the field tonight and was the workhorse of the game. Noah was staying involved too, as you can see from the pictures. I didn't get as many pictures of Em as I wanted. The coach had her mostly playing defense tonight. She did play goal for a quarter. I think our goalies only touched the ball about 3 times tonight and Emma wasn't forced to make any saves. When we got to the fields tonight, Melissa asked Emma why she had put glittery lip gloss on in the car before the game. Em said "The other players will be distracted and I'll be able to score", so maybe that theory worked out for her!
